Guests arrive at our professional headshot station, equipped with studio-grade lighting and a clean backdrop.

Our experienced photographer guides each person to pose confidently for a flattering, polished shot.

Instant Headshots vs. Detailed Headshots

Instant Headshots
Great for conferences

Best for high traffic events, instant headshots take between 2-5 minutes per session, with delivery as fast as 60 seconds. These are lightly touched up using AI, with the option to detail edit later. 

 

Detailed Headshots
Great for office drop ins

Best for scheduled sittings, our photographer takes extra time with your guests to ensure they keep going until they get the perfect shot. Each guest has their dedicated time slot to take all the time they need. All headshots are edited in detail and subsequently provided to the client.

Optional Facial Recognition

Register with the photographer once, providing your phone number. A link to your own private gallery will instantly be shared using facial recognition. This updates during the event with each photo you appear in, without having to reshare.
